Second Floor Water Heater Leak

This customer had a hot water heater leak on the second floor that caused ceiling and floor damage to the first floor of the home. The damage happened several days before the customer saw the damage, which made the damage more extensive. We were able to remove damaged material to begin the drying process on the second floor and after a few days, the customers' home was completely dry. Drywall and hardwood floors did not have to be replaced, our customer was still impressed that we were in and out of the home in less than 4 days "Like it never even happened."
